Mr. Haines and I worked across the course of 12-14 weeks. I started in a place of extreme depression and doubt. I was skeptical of myself, my personality, my actions, and the way my brain worked. I terrorized myself at every chance and was lazy in times of action. I had just lost my girlfriend of four years to my own problems. I was in a hole and couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.We started meeting regularly and talking through my problems and came up with reasonable easy steps to start leveling myself out again. As time progressed and I continued to put in the work that was given to me, I began to love myself again. It started slow with the ability to not despise myself every day and blame myself for everything, but where I stand now truly was never somewhere I thought I would be. I have moved past the introverted, sad, and victim personality and moved on to a place of love through all things. I see the universe working with and for me. I have reached goals I didn’t even know I could reach and its all because of Mr. Haines helping me realize the power that I possess and showing me the tools to open my mind to a bigger picture.I have began reading again, playing music, escaping my comfort zone, putting myself out there, and, most importantly, believed in myself through every situation.
